NOTE for All Users:
To ensure installers and users that the CDA Copper in Architecture - Design Handbook AIR application has been developed by CDA and that it has not been tampered with, we have code signed the application using a code security certificate from Thawte—a leading secure certificate authority. The installation screens should reflect this fact.

NOTE for Chrome Browser Users:
As of Chrome version 21, users will not be able to properly install any Adobe AIR applications. Please use an alternate browser such as Safari, Firefox or Internet Explorer.

NOTE for All Users:
While doing an initial install of CDA Copper in Architecture - Design Handbook AIR application, you may get an error saying that "..the Air file is damaged.." To resolve, try downloading AIR (application on which our Design Handbook is built) directly from Adobe Site. Then download CDA Copper in Architecture - Design Handbook AIR application again and the installation process should complete successfully.

NOTE for All Users:
While doing an Upgrade to CDA Copper in Architecture - Design Handbook AIR application, you may get an error saying that "..the Air file is damaged.." To resolve, when prompted to download an Upgrade, download it as usual, but select "Postpone until restart" when asked to install the Upgrade. Then restart CDA Copper in Architecture - Design Handbook AIR application and the installation process should kick off right away and complete successfully.

NOTE for Mac Users:
If you get an error "Application could not be installed, try installing it again.."or "..the Air file is damaged..", it may be because an AIR application has been previously installed. To resolve, try deleting \<User>\Library\Application Support\Adobe\AIR\CRLCache\ directory and try to run the above installer again. If you experience further issues, please contact us.
